Mental Health Therapist (Independent Contractor)
Qualified candidates will hold a current and valid license to practice outpatient mental health in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred) and possess a professional liability insurance plan at (minimum $1,000,000/$3,000,000). All candidates should be available to work at least one weeknight and/OR weekend day per week. Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred but not required. Supervision as well as assistance with credentialing will be available if needed.
The practice is located in Easton, PA minutes from Route 22 and Lanta city bus routes. There is free off-street parking available, and the building is handicapped-accessible. The suite offers 3 fully furnished offices and a shared waiting room for clients.
Mental Health Therapists will be responsible for:
· Conducting intake assessments for new clients
· Preparing and reviewing treatment plans with existing clients;
· Documenting session notes in DAP format
· Submitting billing sheets to office personnel for timely payment.
